Scholarship Ministry
One of the ministries of our church is providing scholarship for youth and children to attend camps which nurture them in their faith and encourage them to engage the world through service. These scholarships are funded through events such as our monthly youth breakfast and our annual church talent show. Our goal is to provide scholarships which cover up to half of the cost of the camps, but we are limited by the funds available and the number of requests made each year.
For 2020 we are fortunate that many of our children and youth have expressed interest in attending Ferncliff, Montreat, or Mo Ranch. Registration for Montreat and Mo Ranch is done through the Presbytery of Arkansas* while registration for Ferncliff is through their website. We are excited for them to experience the wonderful ministries of these camps. Please complete the application form below for each child or youth attending camp this summer. The Christian Education and Youth Development Committee will be reviewing the applications and determining the scholarship amounts.
*Registration Deadline for Montreat and Mo Ranch through the Presbytery of Arkansas is March 27, 2020.
